 Baseball Bats

Baseball bats have evolved significantly since the early days of the sport, transforming from simple wooden clubs to sophisticated pieces of equipment finely tuned for performance. Modern baseball bats come in a variety of materials, like maple and ash, each offering unique advantages in terms of durability, weight distribution, and hitting power. These advancements have allowed players to tailor their bat choice to their individual swing style and hitting preferences, resulting in improved performance on the field.

Aaron Judge, New York Yankees

Aaron Judge uses a Chandler Bats AJ99 (his custom bat) which is 35 inches, 32 ounce, Maple wood bat. Due to his large bat he has broken the American League record of 62 homeruns in a single season.

Barry Bonds, San Francisco Giants

Barry Bonds was a force back in the day for the Giants and holds the single season in the MLB, with a total of 73 homeruns. He had so much success as a hitter with his 34 inches and 31.6 ounce bat. He also used the maple SAM BAT R2K1.

When people think about baseball bats they think of brown/tan wooden bats made out of Maple, Ash, and Birch wood. But for Little league, school, and College baseball most kids use Alloy Bats.
